Job Description
Lead the trial production of new products in the ES.CS stage and track the project plan.
Responsible for the preparation of work before the introduction of new products, and confirm and formulate the corresponding BUG LST according to the checklist.
Responsible for the confirmation and statistics of the problem points in each process section during the prototype production, and assist in analysis, countermeasures improvement, tracking and processing, etc.
Responsible for the transfer and handover of R&D technical data.
Assist in the analysis/handling and follow-up of abnormal problems of products in the PP and MP processes.
Responsible for leading the internal discussion meetings of the problem points of new products at each stage and participating in the review and discussion meetings at each stage.
Responsible for the countermeasures for the problem points of new products, the confirmation and tracking of the effectiveness of the improvement results.
Responsible for the handling and tracking of DOA feedback issues.
Organize the relevant information of the introduction of new products and the preparation of the summary report of each stage.
Cooperate with the supervisor to carry out various internal tasks of this group.
